Posting an Excerpt for Personal Use
We encourage posting for personal uses such as feature an excerpt on your website, blog or Facebook page. These uses do not require specific permission. All we ask is that the use be appropriately acknowledged by including the book title, authors name, and a link to the book.
Professional Uses {Including Excerpts in Books/Anthologies}
If you desire to use an excerpt for professional use, we require that you send us an email outlining your proposed use. Send your query to info(at)hiraethpress.com

All Hiraeth Press titles are distributed by Ingram. Our titles can be bought publisher-direct at a 40% discount. (Our discounts offered via Ingram vary between 20-40% depending upon title.) Returns
We guarantee that every book offered in our online store is a quality reading copy. If you purchased your book from our online bookstore and are not satisfied with the condition, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days and we will credit your account for the full amount of the title. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

All our books are distributed by Ingram and publisher-direct. We usually offer a deeper discount when bought publisher-direct.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards (via Paypal Invoice), checks and money orders. Terms are NET 90 from invoice date. There is a minimum order of 15 copies for free shipping. *Please contact us directly for international terms.

SHIPPING
We ship USPS, UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air Mail, International Economy (non-trackable/insurable) and Priority International. If an express delivery is requested or needed, the retailer may be responsible for certain shipping costs regardless of quantity ordered. If you are ordering books for an event, please give 10-14 days notice (minimum) so that we can ensure you will have stocks for the event.
RETURNS

ADVANCE READER COPIES (ARC Subscription)
We are pleased to provide galleys to members of the press, indie store managers, librarians, reviewers, and retreat centers up to 2 months in advance of publications. If you would like to request a galley please contact info(at)hiraethpress.com and write “Galley” in the subject line. We provide both print galleys and ebook (mobi or PDF) galleys. While we are always willing to send e-galleys, as a small press we approve hard-copy requests on a case by case basis. We generally respond within 24hrs. In the email please include the organization you are working. You can also sign up for our free ARC subscription; whenever there is a release we will automatically send you an ARC copy 1-2 months in advance of publications. We strongly urge bookstores to subscript to our ARC mailing. It is free. Just send your info to us at the above address and we will send you our ARCs free as they are released.
